Welcome to Haverit! We strive to provide you with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the processing and delivery of your Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

1. Shipping Locations We currently provide shipping exclusively within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PKT)

  • Processing Time: All orders are verified and processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Transit & Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Please note: Delivery times may occasionally be affected by national holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of PKR 200 for all orders across Pakistan.

  • This fee will be clearly added to your total at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's status in real-time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package and collect payment at your provided address. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt to deliver the package a second time before returning it to us.

7. Damaged or Missing Items upon Delivery If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please provide your Order ID and supporting photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue immediately in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
