Return & Refund Policy – Haverit

At Haverit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 48-hour (2-day) return and exchange policy. This means you must register your complaint or request a return within exactly 48 hours from the time the courier company marks your order as "Delivered."

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID)

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return within your 48-hour window, please contact our support team immediately at mailhaverit@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +92 332 0142064.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, Haverit will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Customer Remorse / Size Changes: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Damages and Order Issues Please inspect your order the moment you receive it. Contact us within the 48-hour window if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by offering a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and grooming goods

  • Items purchased on final clearance/sale

6. The Refund Process (Cash on Delivery Orders) Because Haverit operates entirely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds cannot be returned to a credit or debit card.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

The refunded amount will be transferred directly to you via:

  • Bank Transfer (IBFT)

  • Easypaisa or JazzCash

Our support team will request your preferred local banking or mobile wallet details once the return is approved. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the funds, please contact us immediately at mailhaverit@gmail.com.
